Put Reservoir on a Road Diet?
The US Department of Transportation recently released a study on the effects of converting four-lane, undivided roads into three lane roads with a center turn lane. Thinner roads provided more room for pedestrians and bicyclists, and also saw a reduction in accidents. More thoughts on this later.
